SMALLIES confront Steve

With the news that Steve Martin is closing down his website, several disgruntled members of the board, aka SMALLIES, remonstrate with Steve.

With their back to the camera to protect their anonymity, you can't help but admire their bare-faced cheek at taking on the big guy. I can't see him getting out of the water with his trunks on after he dared to suggest Adam Sandler's site.

Good job Sookey, McKay and Bronze Babe. Whoops. So much for anonymity.

Colour Me Malkovich

A quiet weekend. Now the study is all over, it's great to catch up with reading for pleasure, listening to music and watching movies I've had on hold for some time.

If you haven't seen Colour Me Kubrick, I highly recommend it.

It's true, Malkovich can't put a foot wrong where I'm concerned, but even The Janitor enjoyed it...a total surprise given Cruise and Schwarzenegger is much more his style.

I might have to whisper in Santa's ear for a copy.

I have to say when I read Sookey's earlier comment about the baby ocelots at Portland Zoo, I thought she might have channelled the truth. Spooky Sookey!

Very hard not to have said anything then but I'd promised the Ocelot that I would zip it until she reached second trimester.
